V rámci projektu KPMG jsme pracovali na reengineeringu dodavatelského řetězce a zavedení vybraných prvků štíhlé výroby ve výrobním závodě Danfoss Trata ve Slovinsku. As you probably know we were and we are still very satisfied with the project which KPMG did in Danfoss Trata. It is still percieved as the best project we ever had with outside consultants. We continue developing the operation concept introduced with the project. We have also tested develoment of the company and applied ourself to "Die Fabrik des Jahres" award organised by AT Kaerney and german newspaper Produktion and we became best manufacturing factory in new EU countries for 2008.
